On December 27, 2021, Xinbao Holdings obtained CTF qualification from UL. Representatives from both parties attended the qualification granting ceremony.

Xinbao's testing facility is capable of electrical shock, fire safety, consumer safety, disturbance & detection of disturbance, usability, durability and user experience tests. In accordance with ISO/IEC17025 standards, Xinbao has established a quality management system and obtained CNAS certification in 2005. Xinbao's testing facility has received accreditations from independent agencies such as ETL-Satellite Level3, Intertek, TUV Rheinland, TUV-SUD, BV, SGS, and Dekra. Upon passing the necessary tests in its facility, Xinbao products can be sold to other countries.

The CTF qualification proves that Xinbao's testing facility has professional capabilities recognized worldwide. It has boosted both testing capabilities and recognition of the facility. Also, Xinbao can shorten the time for obtaining CB certifications and develop more high-quality products in the future.
