On March 2, 2022, Hu Chunhua, a member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, and other leaders visited Xinbao to inspect the employment of industrial workers.

After the delegation led by Vice Premier Hu arrived at Xinbao's recruitment center, Xinbao Chairman Guo Jiangang and President Zeng Zhanhui joined them as they toured the center, workshops and other sites, and they conducted in-depth conversations. Mr. Zeng gave the delegation information on how workers achieved a transition from their former roles to industrial workers in the world-class home appliance company. Xinbao has helped many workers acquire the theoretical knowledge required for their roles, and provided them with training to enable them to become skilled workers. In addition, through enterprise-university cooperation and industry-education integration, Xinbao helps workers to apply the knowledge they have learned in schools to work, while enhancing workers' professional capabilities. 

After the sharing session, Vice Premier Hu acclaimed Xinbao's efforts to promote the employment of people from rural areas. He emphasized the need to put into practice General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions, which include promoting employment and rise in worker income, as maintaining stable employment is one of the top priorities this year.

Vice Premier Hu's acclaim and encouragement have bolstered Xinbao's determination to focus on the small home appliance sector and strive for progress amid stability.
